KAOS COUSINS

Facundo and Matias Kreiman of mixed heritage and direct family. First cousins by blood and vocation. Passionate about cooking, they found their first weapons in oriental cuisine.

Facundo Kreiman with 20 years of experience in sushi. Looking each piece a dish in itself, with very established techniques, trying to incorporate the mixtures of Latin America and Argentina above all. From his origins, Basque, Argentinean, Ashkenazi and his experiences cooking in different regions of the world.

Matias Kreiman is in charge of the dishes and the ideas that seek to mix the same heritage of Argentine and Latin food with oriental techniques. With his experience in very high level kitchens he uses very careful techniques and strong flavors.

Together in a controlled Kaos

MYTHS

NAMIDA MEANS TEAR.

Perhaps a bit of our past, of what we have lived or of the healthy habit of finding the best way to express pain or extreme happiness.

Tear is also Namida.

For what we have suffered and what we have enjoyed. Because in our gene we find the essence of what we do.
Namida also means tear because in some region of Japan wasabi is known that way. Maybe because of the effect it causes. And maybe we can also call our Krein namida.

Namida means tear, perhaps also for a beautiful love story of two people who were not destined to be together and that by a tragedy space and time separated them. And today at night you can hear cries in a town called NAMIDA.

Myths are those we choose to believe.
